How long does it take to receive the order?

The most of orders from internationally arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Some orders could take up to 4 weeks due to customs clearance, which varies depending on the country of import. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays, just like with domestic deliveries. You may track your product until it clears customs once it is sent and tracking information is emailed to you. If no one is available to sign for your shipment when it is delivered, it will still be left at the delivery address.

Once a package is delivered to the address supplied to us, Gymdady is not liable for it. International orders are shipped using our Standard Service, with customs and taxes charged upon receipt.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all United Kingdom orders that amount to 150 GBP  or more. If your order contains gym weights only and the total is less than 150 GBP, you will still receive free shipping.
